All non-oversized items will have shipping automatically calculated in your cart. We offer Next Day Air, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Ground Shipping for these items.

Oversized items include skateboards, bodyboards, softboards, surfboards, and SUPs. See the oversized shipping sections below.

United States Shipping

Orders placed before 4:00PM EST typically ship the same business day. Delivery time ranges between 1–5 days, depending on your selected shipping method.

All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Next Day, 3-Day, and 2nd Day Air Shipping

Most orders placed before 4:00PM EST ship the same business day using the expedited service selected.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping are only available for U.S. domestic addresses and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO locations.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted worldwide and ship via USPS, DHL, or UPS. Orders placed before 4:00PM EST typically ship the same business day. Delivery times range from 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

For all International, APO, FPO, DPO, or any locations outside the U.S., please select “Request Quote” during checkout for oversized items. We will contact you with a shipping quote for approval before finalizing your order. Please provide your complete shipping address for accurate pricing.

For customers in Canada and Mexico, please refer to our international oversized shipping tables. At this time, we offer Standard Shipping only to Canada and Mexico.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and any additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

All purchases from Kona Surf Co. are processed in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping are not available outside the United States.

Damaged Shipments

If your board or oversized item arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 24 hours:

1. Take photos of the box and packaging.
2. Take multiple photos of the damage to the item.
3. Keep all packaging materials.
4. Email everything to support@konasurfco.com.

We will process your replacement or refund once all documentation is reviewed.

Free In-Store Pickup

If you’d prefer to pick up your order in person, you're welcome to visit one of our Kona Surf Co. storefronts in Wildwood, New Jersey. In-store pickup is fast, free, and convenient.

During checkout, select “In-Store Pickup” as your delivery option. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.

Most orders are ready within 24 hours. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order status page. This page allows you to track live updates at any time. We’ll also email your tracking number once your order ships.

When will my tracking number work?

Tracking numbers are generated when your order is packed and ready to ship. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking information. If the tracking has not updated, it may still be processing with the carrier.
