United States Shipping:

Most orders placed before 4:00PM EST will ship the same business day via UPS Ground. Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery time may vary between 1-5 days. The United States Post Office will be used to ship all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.

Next Day, 3 Day and 2nd Day Air Shipping:

Most orders placed before 4PM EST will ship the same business day via the service of your choice. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air shipping are only available within the United States. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air shipping are not available to PO or APO boxes.

International Shipping Information:

International orders are accepted from all countries. However, we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity! All International orders will be shipped out via USPS Global Express Mail. International orders are shipped out via the United States Post Office within 1 business day from the time they are placed. International delivery can take from 5 - 10 business days to deliver your order, depending upon the destination country. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for your order. We are not responsible for this charge! Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping are NOT available outside of the United States.

*Hawaii, Alaska, APO and International orders shipping may go up in price after the order is placed. We call all customers if the rate goes up before we ship the order.


When will you be charged a re-stocking fee?

All items returned must be the condition that you received them in. If the manufacturers box is taped or labeled with shipping labels a re-stocking fee of $5.00 will be charged.

Example: If you received a pair of UGG boots and need to return them please make sure you put the shoes, in the original packaging and place UGG box inside another box and then add labels and such to ship. If tape or shipping labels are directly applied to the UGG box a charge will be applied.

Please leave original tags intact, so we can resell these items at retail price.

What Is Our Return Return Policy?

All items can be returned within 60 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. Please send the item back, in the same state in which you received it, postage paid to the address below. You may ship the item(s) back in a box or a shipping bag provided by your local post office, please do not attach shipping labels directly to the product or the manufacturer packaging. Returns should include a copy of the original invoice as well as return or exchange instructions. If the item was shipped in error or was received damaged you may contact us for a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

Special Orders:

Looking for a specific item that is not shown on our website? We can still get it! Special orders will be charged full retail price for the item. All discounts and promotions do NOT apply to special orders. In addition all special orders will be charged for shipping.


Our 60 day return policy is great! Just make sure we can resell your return as brand new and we will gladly give you a full refund. During the return process you may request to receive a refund, replacement, or exchange.

How to send a return:

Before returning product(s) you may want to contact our customer service to expedite the process.

If you think your product may be defective, you may request a return authorization label or email us some photos of the damaged area to One of our return specialists will examine the product and give their analysis on what to do next.

Before you slap labels on boxes, remember not to tape or label the manufacturer packaging.

In most cases a return form will be included in your original order. In case the paper is missing or dissappeared under mysterious circumstances, we have it here for you!

How will I know you received my return?

Once we receive your return we will process the return form and apply the necessary actions to provide you what was requested. If you requested a refund, please check your payment method within 7 to 10 business days for the refund. If you did not hear from us or receive your refund please give us a call at 1-866-858-5864 so we can straighten out the problem right away.
